Charlie's weekend with Knuffle Bunny

Each student in Charlie's class brings home their "traveling friend" - Knuffle Bunny - for a weekend. This weekend, we had the fun of taking Knuffle Bunny along on our adventures and documenting everything in a journal. I sure do hope Knuffle Bunny celebrates Christmas, otherwise all the holiday activities that we subjected him to probably made him a bit grumpy.

First order of business: introduce Knuffle Bunny to our special Christmas elf, Moonbeam. The story of Moonbeam is one for another post.
Knuffle Bunny served as supervisor of our gingerbread house decorating.
Next, Knuffle Bunny got in his plastic pack, and Charlie put on four layers to head downtown to the Christmas market in Daley Plaza.
As an extra-special treat, we took Knuffle Bunny to Charlie's cousin Hannah's madrigal concert and dinner. I can't speak for Knuffle Bunny, but Charlie had a fantastic time.
Today, Knuffle Bunny supervised again - this time the decorating of our Christmas tree.
The last stop on Knuffle Bunny's weekend of holiday celebration -- the Roscoe Village Winterfest and a ride on a horse-drawn sleigh.
