How we roll

The best time of my day is putting Juliet in the stroller to pick up Charlie from school and then hustling on the way home to try and keep up with Charlie on her scooter. Especially during these crisp, sunny Fall afternoons, I think no one is as lucky as I am.

The stroller locked and loaded for the 1.1 mile walk. The most important part of our gear - Charlie's scooter and helmet hooked to the side.
The bulk of our walk looks like this:
Woo hoo! Hawthorne School - and it's only 2:14 - 6 minutes to spare.
The goal is that Juliet will begin her afternoon nap during our walk...
Today, not so much.
This is pretty much the view that I see for most of the trip home - Charlie's back, scooting away.
Sometimes we take a route home that takes us by Dinkel's bakery...today a treat was in order.
On the home stretch, going fast to eat treats on the porch.
Ah, cookies.
In other news...

Juliet is officially 3 months old! Yippe! Gooooooo, Juju. And, has a double ear infection. Boooooo, Juju.

And, Charlie lost another tooth! There is nothing that makes you more of a kindergarten rockstar than losing a tooth at school.
Can you see how the front bottom teeth are already coming in...and not exactly next to each other?
Oh, braces, here we come.

Hi M! Not sure if you see these comments... but just had to tell you how much I loved this post. It was a great reminder about the simple joys we try to find in every day. Scooter, stroller and all. :)
