It was our third year picking at Carlson Orchards in Harvard, MA - we picked two pecks of apples in addition to a pint of raspberries. We see some apple pie, crisp, or crumble (maybe all three!) in our future.

The weather was perfect for cooling off with a cider popsicle.
All that apple picking made Charlie tired - she caught a ride for a good portion of our walk around Walden Pond.
It's hard to see, but there's a swimmer back there in the pond behind Charlie -- quite a number of people took to the beach.
And Charlie joined them!
