Spring arrived in Boston! A cold breeze has moved in and blown it away, but for awhile the sun shone bright and warm. Especially in Lincoln, MA at Drumlin Farm where today was Woolapalooza - sheep shearing and herding and all the animals on display. Our friends the Herbert-Millers joined us for the fun.
Charlie and Liam - still looking like twins!

Sheep shearing - we learned that each sheep produces enough wool for about two sweaters, a hat, and a scarf.

Goats - including some babies.

Several lambs were born with in the last week or two - including one today!

Chicks!

Drumlin Farm is affiliated with the Audubon Society - thus a lot of rescued birds like owls and hawks.

And, what farm is complete without a tractor?
