Charlie declared Saturday to be the best day ever.
What happens on the best day?
1. You eat breakfast while watching a movie (How to Train Your Dragon) on the iPad.
2. You have a great guitar lesson.
3. After lunch (mac n cheese! yeah!), you ride your scooter with your neighbor friends.
4. After another playdate with said friends, you go to the playground with your Mom, Dad, and Sister.
5. At the playground, you and your Dad play baseball and you get some pretty great hits.
6. You come home and make music videos and your Mom and Dad do silly dances for the camera.
7. You get your favorite dinner (plain pasta!).
8. You get your first trip of the season to Scooter's (worms in dirt!).
9. Tired, full, and happy, you snuggle up in bed with your Mom and Dad to read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
That kid recognizes a good day when she sees one. But then! But then the next day is just as great! Visitors! Uncle Chris for coffee cake in the morning, and Grandma and Papa for hanging out and dinner in the afternoon. How does one little girl get so lucky?
Oh, and this little girl learned to pull herself to standing this weekend!
