The Circus is Coming!

"The circus is coming! The circus is coming!"

Contrary to what one might expect after reading this book, the Big Apple Circus does not have lions, tigers, monkeys, or elephants. But, it did have horses and dogs (including a small dog walking a cat - perhaps the afternoon's most astounding trick), jugglers, a tightrope walker, amazing acrobatics, some Cirque du Soleil-type contortionists, and an annoying (my opinion) clown named Grandma that Charlie found hilarious. Oh, and cotton candy!
